1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 618jili ("618jili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 618jili online gaming platform available at https://618jili.pro (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 618jili Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account on 618jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, and 618jili strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 618jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 618jili or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

618jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or any other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 618jili may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on 618jili, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 618jili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 618jili employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 618jili username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 618jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. 618jili reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory authority.

4 Deposits & Payments

618jili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 618jili's discretion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• 618jili does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 618jili accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your 618jili account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• 618jili reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the 618jili account dashboard. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 618jili aims to process GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.

5.2 KYC Requirements

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations, 618jili requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation required includes:

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. These limits may vary based on your account verification status, VIP tier, and chosen payment method. 618jili reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

618jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 years and above who have a verified 618jili account in good standing.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 618jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 618jili Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

• 618jili's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and is not subject to RNG certification.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 618jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 618jili's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying their bet selections before confirming.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 618jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 618jili staff, live dealers, or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 618jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 618jili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 618jili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Use the 618jili name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 618jili's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 618jili.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 618jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 618jili's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions.

618jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 618jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

618jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by 618jili

618jili may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited.

12.3 Termination by Player

You may terminate your 618jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 618jili, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

618jili's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Complaints regarding game outcomes must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event.
